Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end execution and optimisation of direct marketing campaigns on kinguin.net (channels: email, web push & popup).
Analyse campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with other marketing teams on targeting and cross-channel campaigns.
Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Manage product feed data required for product-based campaigns (product recommendations).
Drive email and web push active subscriber growth to boost the potential of these channels.
Implement AI solutions to increase team efficiency and accelerate the time-to-market for marketing campaigns
Benefits
English communication skills.
Experience in CRM, marketing automation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Experience with campaign optimisation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Strong understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CR, AOV, bounce rate, revenue, and unsubscribe rate.
A data-driven, proactive approach and ability to work independently.
Experience with AI tools and solutions.
Strong collaboration skills and interest in working across marketing channels.
