Job Description

Shift is Wednesday through Saturday 10 to 8:30 pm

at least three years of QC Lab experience

• Perform QC sample receipt, sample process, and sample distribution for testing and storage,
• Perform Cryo sample transfer from -80C to LN2 storage,
• Gather metric information for use in continuous improvement of areas of responsibility,
• Perform 5s, Audit Checklist, and standard works in Lab,
• Maintain Right the First Time,
• Maintain “0” OSHA recordable goal in Lab,
• Participate and support in ad-hoc projects or other duties as needed,
• Shift hours are flexible within seven days each week,
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work with dry ice and LN2 freezers,
• Additional duties as assigned,
• These duties can be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• AA Degree with 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical / biotechnology or similar manufacturing cGMP
• High School Degree with 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical / biotechnology or similar manufacturing cGMP
• Ability to work overtime and holidays as needed
• Must have a strong work ethic and demonstrate dependability and timeliness
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment
• Comfortable in a fast-paced company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
