Group/Division

The Legal Compliance Organization (LCO) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA and second headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI provides legal guidance to further KLA’s strategic objectives and protect and preserve the legal, ethical and financial integrity and reputation of the Company. With specific expertise in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, employment law, and intellectual property; the LCO offers strategic legal counsel that is informed by a clear understanding of the company’s business objectives and expertise in the laws and regulations relevant to the business worldwide.

Job Description/PreferredQualifications

What You’ll Do

Trade Operations & Compliance

• Manage day-to-day import and export activities for Singapore and SEA locations
• Ensure compliance with Singapore, SEA, and applicable international trade regulations
• Review and release export orders, including urgent and ad-hoc shipments
• Maintain and update trade compliance SOPs to support operational excellence

Licensing & Regulatory Management

• Support import permit applications and export licensing requirements, including Strategic Goods controls
• Manage and administer the Singapore Bulk Export License for strategic goods

Advisory, Risk & Audit Support

• Act as a trade compliance subject-matter expert for internal stakeholders
• Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in trade compliance, import/export operations, or international business

Technical & Regulatory Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Singapore and Southeast Asia import/export regulations and Strategic Goods controls, including License applications.
• SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) or similar automated trade compliance systems experience preferred
• Familiarity with U.S. export and re-export regulations is a plus.
