Corporate Credit Analyst

We are looking for Corporate Credit Analysts with a strong foundation in Corporate Banking and Credit Risk who also have exposure to AI/ML applications in credit assessment. This is not a hands-on AI engineering role. Instead, you'll act as the bridge between business and technology, helping translate corporate credit requirements into AI-driven solutions that improve credit decision-making and risk management. If you have experience in corporate credit analysis and understand how AI and Machine Learning can enhance credit evaluation, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure AI solutions align with corporate credit processes, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
• Translate corporate credit use cases into clear functional, business, and data requirements for technical teams.
• Define, prioritise, and manage product backlogs to support successful AI solution delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Credit, Finance, and Business teams to validate AI use cases, outputs, and business impact.
• Support AI model adoption through user acceptance testing (UAT), process integration, and change management.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with regulatory expectations, including ICAAP, model governance, and internal risk frameworks.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by identifying opportunities to improve corporate credit assessment using AI and analytics.
• Monitor implementation outcomes and recommend continuous process improvements.
