The Multimedia Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality creative outputs that align with the company’s marketing and branding objectives. This role involves creating advanced static and animated designs, leading multimedia projects, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce innovative visual solutions. He/she will be leading projects, ensuring their successful execution from concept to completion while maintaining alignment with company goals. As a senior team member, the Multimedia Designer II also mentors junior designers, ensures adherence to brand guidelines, and contributes to the creative strategy by offering fresh ideas and insights.

The main responsibilities of a MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER include:
- Creates advanced static and animated outputs
- Develops enhanced collateral for marketing campaigns
- Designs complex digital and traditional graphics materials
- Crafts premium brand assets and brand mockups
- Produces polished, visually appealing decks/presentations
- Conceptualizes and develops logos with a focus on brand strategy
- Assist on leading and directing video productions from ideation to completion
- Plans and executes high-quality photo and video shoots, including advanced post-production
- Enhances video and photo content through advanced editing techniques
- Coordinates with local and international vendors for high-level projects
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere
- Extensive experience creating presentations using PowerPoint and Canva
- Background in a similar industry is a plus
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Extensive experience using design tools, especially Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and outstanding personal communication skills
- Possesses a robust multimedia skill set, including videography, photography, advanced video editing, graphic designing, and motion graphics
- Designs versatile and engaging digital content in multiple formats
- Shows leadership in handling photoshoots, video shoots, and complex post-production workflows
- Proficiency with live streaming software and technologies
- Capable of working on-site and adapting to dynamic environments
- Expertise in video editing and creating advanced motion graphics
- Strong attention to aesthetic detail and layout composition
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and willing to travel for work-related events and engagements
- Thrives under pressure and meets tight deadline
