Обязанности:

  • Системное администрирование и обслуживание компьютерной техники: Установка, Диагностика и устранение неисправностей аппаратного обеспечения (ПК, ноутбуки)

  • Обработка запросов пользователей (Service Desk): Прием, регистрация и приоритизация заявок в службе технической поддержки (Help Desk). Оперативное решение инцидентов, связанных с работой ПК и оргтехники

  • Консультирование сотрудников: Оказание помощи пользователям по вопросам работы с корпоративным ПО, настройки рабочего места и основам информационной безопасности

  • Ведение учета: Ведение базы данных ИТ-активов, контроль за расходными материалами и своевременное пополнение запасов комплектующих

Требования:

  • Высшее техническое образование
  • Знание пользовательского оборудования
  • Знание пользовательского ПО
  • Знание ОС Windows 10/11
  • Серверная ОС Windows 2019/2022
  • Знание Active Directory, доменная сеть
  • Понимание принципов построения сети (TCP/IP)
  • Навыки ведения технической документации
