Обязанности:

Мониторинг технического состояния и поддержка работоспособности клиентского и провайдерского оборудования
Знание TELNET!!!!
Работа с оборудованием (d-link,eltex,mikrotik,raisecom)
Техническая поддержка клиентов по телефону, электронной почте.
Обработка заявок по техническим неисправностям.
Умение расставлять приоритет по выполнению заявок.
Координирование работы монтажных бригад.
Ответственность, коммуникабельность, оперативность, умение работать в команде.

Требования:

Представление о принципах работы и построении сетей связи
Знание протоколов TCP/IP, служб DNS, DHCP
Работа в телнет
Настройка сетевого оборудования

Условия:

график работы 5/2 с 9:00 до 19:00
соблюдение ТК РФ.
