The Role We are seeking a motivated and proactive Assistant Facilities Manager to join our Asset Management Services team. The role involves supporting the Facilities Management team in the day-to-day management of assigned properties, ensuring that client assets are protected and enhanced.

Responsibilities Assist in establishing and implementing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs. Conduct regular building inspections, including common areas and plant rooms. Help procure and tender services, engaging contractors under the appropriate contract formats. Assist with capital and operating expenditure budgeting and forecasting. Help maintain an accurate plant and equipment asset register and ensure compliance. Monitor contractor works to ensure high-quality completion with minimal disruption. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property managers, and contractors. Assist with financial management, including managing budgets, procurement, and invoicing.
