About The Role
We’re looking for a System Support Executive to support our management system, provide user assistance, conduct system training, and troubleshoot technical issues across various sites.
What You Will Be Doing
- Handle issues relating to the in-house property management system
- Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions
- Provide system support to users across various sites
- Conduct system training and onboarding for new staff
- Provide telephone, email, and face-to-face technical support
- Liaise with external support vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Assist with other IT network and support activities as required
- Monitor and maintain web applications and security
We’re Looking For Someone Who’s
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Real Estate Business, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of MS SQL
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and provide effective support to users
