Director of Sales (ENT) (International)は、Account ExecutiveおよびAccount Managerのチームを率い、指定エリア内のEnterprise企業からの年間経常収益（ARR）目標の達成および超過に向けた営業活動を推進する責任を負います。本職種は極めてハンズオンな役割であり、統計データの詳細なモニタリング、パイプラインレビューの実施、案件への直接的な参画を通じてチームをアクティブにマネジメントし、商談の成約を支援します。

Responsibilities:

• Account ExecutiveおよびAccount Managerチームをマネジメントし、収益戦略を実行してKPIおよびARR目標を超過達成する。
• 毎日のチームスタンドアップ、売上統計データの詳細な分析、パイプラインレビューを通じて、Account ExecutiveおよびAccount Managerの日常業務を推進する。
• 営業チームと毎週のパイプラインレビューを実施し、案件構造の検討、適切なアカウントおよびリードのフォローアップ、正確なフォーキャスティングとステージングを徹底する。
• 必要に応じて営業チームの案件に直接参画し、収益機会の創出および成約を支援する。
• Area Directorと連携し、エリア特有の営業戦略の検討、KPIパフォーマンスのレビュー、プロセスやプログラムの改善を行い、オペレーショナル・エクセレンスを達成する。
• 採用候補者とのロールプレイングを実施し、世界最高水準の営業チームの構築を支援する。
• People Operationsと協力し、チーム内のすべてのHR関連事項を管理する（例：新規候補者の面接、ハイポテンシャル社員のキャリア開発支援、平均的およびローパフォーマンス社員のマネジメントなど）。

Minimum Qualifications:

• 最低4年以上のEnterprise営業経験（必須）
• 担当エリアにおける最低2年以上のピープルマネジメント経験（必須）
• 学士号または同等の高等教育資格（尚可）
• パートナー企業およびチャネル営業チームとの協業経験（尚可）
• IT、セキュリティ、サイバーセキュリティ業界における標準的な概念および実務への理解（尚可）
• Salesforceの使用経験（尚可）
• GmailおよびGoogle Docsの使用経験
• MS Office（Word、Excel）の使用経験
• Webブラウザ（Chrome、Internet Explorer等）の使用経験
