Global Automation Manufacturing Engineer

What You Will Do

• Support automation equipment development and machine design reviews.
• Manage and support machine builders and automation vendors.
• Lead and support FAT, SAT, and machine qualification activities.
• Troubleshoot automated equipment, tooling, and assembly processes.
• Support transfer projects between global manufacturing locations.
• Drive process improvements focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate activities between vendors, manufacturing sites, and engineering teams.
• Travel to vendor and manufacturing locations as needed.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Associate degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Proficient in CAD.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and machine layouts.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% internationally, including the United States and Mexico.
