Supply Chain BP, Operation Strategy Planning
What You Will Do
1. Plant Business Partner: Act as the key supply chain contact for plants, connecting site needs with regional/global resources and driving sustainable execution improvement.
2. Issue Resolution & Recovery: Lead cross-functional actions on material shortages, demand/supply gaps, capacity constraints, delivery risks, and recovery plan execution.
3. Governance & Performance: Drive planning reviews, KPI tracking, issue ownership, escalation, and fact-based decision support to improve transparency and execution speed.
4. Capability & Process Improvement: Identify capability gaps, define improvement roadmaps, and deploy standard processes, tools, and best practices across plants.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years in supply chain, manufacturing planning, materials management or operations strategy planning.
- Experience supporting plants, resolving supply chain issues, leading recovery actions, and improving planning/materials management capability.
- Strong analytical capability and digital tool usage
- Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and executive-level message development.
- Ability to lead recovery planning, escalation management, ownership tracking, and supply risk mitigation across plants and functions.
- Ability to assess capability gaps, define roadmaps, standardize processes, and build sustainable execution capability across sites.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed and deliver results with ownership, urgency, and resilience.
