HR Generalist – Parental Leave cover (M/F/D)

Your Job

Join Molex as an HR Generalist in our office in Heidelberg, Germany, working in a hybrid model to manage operational HR tasks and provide localized stakeholder support. You will support employees across two separate Molex entities, ensuring consistent service delivery, compliance with local policies, and effective employee relations.

Our Team

You will join the GSM EMEA HR team, partnering with HR Operations, Payroll and Recruiting to deliver reliable employee lifecycle support, improve processes and create mutual value for employees and the Sales and Marketing organisation across Europe.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate and support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and ongoing employment changes through to offboarding, while providing hands-on HR support on-site and applying professional HR expertise and sound judgement to ensure accurate documentation, compliance with local requirements and a consistent employee experience.
• Partner with HR Operations to prepare employment contracts, addenda and employee documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate handover of payroll-related information.
• Manage JobRad administration and payroll coordination activities.
• Maintain HR records and support data accuracy within HR systems.
• Support HR-related compliance initiatives, including TISAX audit requirements and time tracking system implementation activities.
• Provide HR project support for office relocation activities, helping to coordinate employee-related actions and ensure a smooth transition.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience supporting HR generalist activities preferably within a matrixed, global organisation.
• Practical experience applying German employment law and HR practices in day-to-day HR operations.
• Experience coordinating employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support and employee documentation.
• Experience using HR systems and working with employee data.
• Professional proficiency in English and German.

• Ability to analyse and present HR metrics and insights to stakeholders.
