Your Job
Develop and execute vibration test methods, review test setups, and define fixture concepts to ensure accurate testing without introducing additional stress to samples. 开发并执行振动测试方法，审核测试安装方案并确定夹具设计概念，确保测试准确，且不会对样品引入额外应力。

What You Will Do
1. Review vibration and mechanical shock test requirements and define appropriate test setups, profiles, fixtures, and schedules to prevent unintended stress on test samples. 评审振动及机械冲击测试要求，根据客户要求制定合适的测试安装方案，包括安装方式、夹具方案和测试顺序。
2. Review test reports, interpret test results, support customers in analyzing failed samples, and provide technical explanations. 审核测试报告，分析测试结果，协助客户对失效样品进行分析，并提供技术解释。
3. Ensure test accuracy, prevent unintended stress from being introduced into test samples. 确保测试准确性，避免对测试样品产生非预期应力。
4. Maintain vibration test equipment in a safe and reliable operating condition to maximize equipment availability and utilization. 维护振动测试设备，使其保持安全、可靠的工作状态，确保设备高利用率。
5. Train technicians in equipment operation, test setup, and sample preparation. 培训技术员掌握设备操作、测试安装及样品准备。
6. Work with technicians to conduct vibration and mechanical shock tests in accordance with approved specifications and procedures. 与技术员协作，按照批准的规范和程序进行振动及机械冲击测试。
7. Complete required training, report compliance concerns, support QMS tasks, and perform other related duties assigned by management. 完成规定培训，报告合规问题，支持CNAS 相关质量任务，并履行主管安排的其他相关职责。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline from a recognized university or technical institute. 具备机械工程、电气工程、机电一体化或相关专业本科/专科学历。
Minimum of five years of vibration testing experience, including at least three years in an in-house laboratory. 至少5年振动测试经验，其中至少2年为企业内部第一方实验室工作经验。
Knowledge of vibration testing principles and standards applicable to electrical and electronic products. 掌握电子电气产品相关的振动测试原理及标准。
Proficiency in operating vibration and shock test equipment, including product performance monitoring during vibration. 熟练操作振动冲击测试设备, 包括振动过程中的产品性能监测。
Ability to optimize product mounting and fixture methods on vibration test systems based on the product’s structure, dimensions, and materials, minimizing unintended stress transfer to the product. 能够根据产品的结构、尺寸和材料优化其在振动测试系统上的安装及夹具方案，最大限度减少非预期应力传递至产品。
Ability to develop vibration test standard operating procedures (SOPs) or work instructions (WIs). 能够编制振动测试标准作业程序（SOP）或作业指导书（WI）。
Ability to interpret technical standards and prepare test reports in English. 能够解读英文标准并使用英文编写测试报告。
What Will Put You Ahead
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. 机械工程、电气工程、机电一体化或相关专业优先。
Experience in vibration testing of automotive products is preferred. 具有汽车行业产品振动测试经验者优先。
Experience in vibration testing of connectors is preferred. 具有连接器振动测试经验者优先。
Demonstrated knowledge of failure analysis. 具备良好的失效分析知识者优先。
Experience maintaining electrodynamic shaker systems. 具有电动振动台系统维护经验者优先。
