NEB Installation Manager (Delivery Operations Manager)

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an NBS Installation Manager (Delivery Operations Manager) to lead the safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of lift and escalator installation projects. You will be based in Dublin but responsible for projects nationally.

As part of the leadership team, you will work alongside the Installation Director and Modernisation Manager to drive project delivery, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of NBS installation projects, ensuring compliance with KONE standards, installation methods, and site safety requirements.
• Manage project resources, installation capacity, schedules, and budgets to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to agreed profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing proactive communication and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, coach, and develop Installation Supervisors and project teams, driving accountability, high performance, and adherence to KONE Way and standard processes.
• Monitor operational and financial performance across the portfolio, using KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement, increase productivity, and support business growth.

What we're looking for

• Experience within construction, engineering, building services, or the lift industry.
• Analytical and systems skills, with experience using project planning and reporting tools. SAP, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms would be highly beneficial.
• Project management and commercial awareness, with the ability to manage schedules, resources, forecasts, budgets, and project profitability.
• Leadership experience managing supervisors, site-based teams, and subcontractors within a delivery or construction environment.
• Drivers license and willingness to travel
