What you'll be doing

• Support and optimise ERP, MES, and business systems used across manufacturing operations.
• Work closely with production, purchasing, and operational teams to improve processes and system effectiveness.
• Analyse business and data flows to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate system enhancements, testing activities, and solution deployments.
• Create reports, analyse data, and provide insights that support operational decision-making.
• Maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Deliver user training and provide support to employees across different departments.
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives.
