Sales Consultant

On behalf of our client, a leading telecommunications company, we are seeking a Sales Consultant to join its retail stores in Limassol, Paphos, and Nicosia. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, understanding customers’ needs, and recommending the most suitable telecommunications products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and recommend the most appropriate products, services, and solutions.
• Deliver efficient after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and the effective resolution of issues.
• Support the daily operations of the retail store, following established policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, systems, and processes.
• Handle customer requests, sales transactions, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to the achievement of individual and store sales and customer service targets.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming store environment while representing the business positively.

Requirements:

• Positive, energetic, and confident personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Basic computer literacy and an interest in technology.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
