We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Shop Assistant to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily shop operations, and ensuring the store is well organised and presented. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance;
- Assist customers with product enquiries and provide information about available products;
- Maintain the shop's presentation by ensuring shelves and displays are clean, organised, and well stocked;
- Replenish stock and assist with deliveries when required;
- Operate the cash and handle customer transactions;
- Assist with stock control;
- Handling any customer complaints;
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the shop.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and providing a positive customer experience.
