Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecoms, IT networking and infrastructure sectors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base and achieve commercial targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact and opportunity development through to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department to develop technical and commercial offers that meet customer requirements.
• Maintain regular contact with suppliers and explore opportunities to expand the range of products and solutions offered.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and generate repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and developments within the telecoms and network technology sectors.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and propose new ideas to support business growth and continuous improvement.
• Keep up to date with relevant technologies and product developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
