Muse Apartments HVAC Lead Maintenance Technician

KPM is seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This full-time role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our residential properties. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Assist with apartment make-ready tasks between residents.
• Conduct regular inspections of property facilities and equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory in good condition.
• Collaborate with team members and property management to ensure maintenance goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Support special maintenance projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus.
• 1-3 years’ experience in general maintenance or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Customer service-oriented attitude and professionalism.
