Your Opportunity
As a Workplace Services Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our Newcastle Workplace team, responsible for coordinating the resources necessary to ensure our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently, while helping to curate a positive experience for all internal and external visitors.
Please note: This is a part-time role 25 hours a week, 8:30am-4:30pm.
You will be responsible for developing strong long-term relationships with staff and building management teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate, schedule and track the planned preventative maintenance program.
- Ensure all operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently.
- Log and follow up on maintenance and cleaning requests across both tenancy and common areas.
- Report on any outstanding tasks and escalate items not completed within agreed SLAs to contractors and suppliers.
- Understand and support the Premises Recovery Plan when required.
- Monitor stock levels of all consumables managed by Workplace Services for the business.
