Learning & Development Coordinator

• monitor timelines and handle various tasks in close collaboration with the responsible L&D Specialist
• maintain direct communication with selected stakeholders
• act as the first point of contact for general questions related to L&D tools
• prepare relevant documents and communications
• provide support in reporting and data analysis
• prepare internal communications and presentations

• fluency in English - at C1 level, and/or other languages e.g. German, French
• communicative command of Polish
• interest in Learning & Development
• technical affinity & knowledge
• high level of motivation and strong interpersonal skills
• excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• availability to work 80-100% of full-time hours
• previous experience in HR administration, particularly in Learning & Development, data processing, or customer service, would be an advantage
