Product Support - Core Banking

Kredivo is hiring a Product Support to join our Indonesia team and help maintain the quality, stability, and performance of our core product features. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure smooth product operations, effective issue management, and seamless execution across the product lifecycle.

In this role, you'll be responsible for logging, tracking, and prioritizing product issues and bugs, ensuring engineering teams can quickly reproduce and resolve them.

You'll also play a key role in cross-functional communication during technical incidents, driving timely escalations and keeping stakeholders aligned while supporting the delivery of our product roadmap.

We're looking for someone with prior experience working alongside Product Management teams, strong communication skills, high curiosity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the job

• Daily checking of the ticketing system and responding for reaching SLA.
• Conduct troubleshooting root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive measures during and after each incident.
• Conduct periodic monitoring of the product dashboard.
• Do monitoring of production alerts.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product team to find appropriate solutions.
• Debugging related to web application.

About you

• At least 2-3 years of experience in product, with knowledge of fintech/payment product management is welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or other related field.
• Strong sense of debugging and troubleshooting issues out of your mind is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Thorough understanding of the Agile development process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and passion for learning.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Available to respond and handle after-hours issues.
• Proficient in the use of JIRA for managing tickets.
• Knowledge in any programming language is a plus.
