Das erwartet Sie

In der Einheit Customer Supply Chain der K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH am Standort Kassel bieten wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Werkstudierendenstelle mit bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche an. Sie werden folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

Überprüfung sowie Anpassung und Änderung kundenbezogener und auftragsrelevanter Stammdaten
Unterstützung bei der Auftragsannahme, Auftragseingabe und Weiterverarbeitung sowie Reklamationsbearbeitung und Mengengut- bzw. Mengenlastschriften
Unterstützung bei kaufmännischen und logistischen Prüfungen von Aufträgen, ggf. Durchführung von Korrekturen
Erstellung von Datenanalysen und Überprüfung vorhandener Reports
Anpassung, Änderung und Erarbeitung neuer Auswertungen entsprechend aktueller Anforderungen

Das bringen Sie mit

Immatrikuliert in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Kenntnisse im Auftragsmanagement, der Exportabwicklung oder SAP sind wünschenswert
Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen und Kundenorientierung
Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
