HR Controller

Our client is an international luxury fashion company with Austrian roots and more than 75 years of heritage. Specialising in premium hosiery, bodywear, lingerie and ready-to-wear, the brand combines textile expertise with innovative materials and a strong focus on quality, comfort and design. Its products are created for customers worldwide, bringing together a long-standing manufacturing tradition and a contemporary approach to fashion.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Controller to join its international team. In this role, you will support personnel cost planning and analysis, monitor workforce trends and provide insights to improve cost efficiency across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in controlling, HR analytics or finance, including internships.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Attention to detail, a proactive approach and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BI tools
• Additional European language knowledge is a strong plus.

Requirements

• Support the preparation and monitoring of HR budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse personnel costs, headcount and workforce trends.
• Assist with monthly closing activities related to HR expenses.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
• Identify budget variances and provide insights to support cost optimisation.
• Maintain and update HR controlling tools and systems.
