Are you a seasoned financial markets or crypto-native sales professional who speaks fluently in liquidity structures, yield mechanics, and capital efficiency?

We are expanding our global institutional trading desk. We are seeking an ambitious VIP Business Development Manager to spearhead high-touch client acquisition, expand overall platform trading volume, and manage strategic relationships with global market participants.

If you bring an active network of fund managers, trading desks, or family offices, possess deep traditional finance (TradFi) or crypto-market acumen, and want high-leverage performance incentives, this is your platform.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Value Client Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and onboard institutional participants-including market makers, hedge funds, asset managers, OTC desks, proprietary trading firms, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) globally.
• Capitalizing on Existing Networks: Immediately leverage your existing client relationships in capital markets, wealth management, or Web3 to drive volume, custody assets, and elevate platform market share.
• Bespoke Financial Solutions: Conduct granular portfolio consultations to tailor exchange offerings across Spot, Derivatives, Margin Lending, Structured Products, Staking, and Off-Exchange Settlement to maximize client capital efficiency and retention.
• Volume & Tier Management: Execute aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly KPIs for key account trading volume, Net New Assets (NNA), and VIP tier conversions.
• Cross-Functional Deal Execution: Partner with Product, Quantitative Research, Risk, and Compliance teams to streamline institutional onboarding, negotiate tier-based Maker/Taker fee schedules, and propose product enhancements (e.g., API low-latency routing, sub-account architecture, collateral management).
• Global Ecosystem Presence: Represent the exchange at tier-1 global crypto conferences, institutional roundtables, and VIP client events to expand lead pipelines and build industry influence.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional Experience: 3-6 years in institutional sales, business development, or account management within Tier-1 Crypto Exchanges, Investment Banking, Prime Brokerage, Quantitative Trading, or Private Wealth Management.
• Portable Book of Business: Proven, verifiable track record of managing and converting an existing network of institutional crypto/TradFi accounts, buy-side funds, or high-volume traders.
• Financial & Market Acumen: Deep technical understanding of digital asset market structure, order book dynamics, derivatives pricing (options/futures), delta-neutral strategies, yield products, and risk/margin frameworks.
• Sales Excellence: Exceptional negotiation, structuring, and closing skills with C-suite, Chief Investment Officers (CIOs), and Head Traders.
• Regulatory & Operational Understanding: Thorough familiarity with global compliance frameworks (KYC/AML, institutional onboarding protocols, and cross-border regulatory standards).
• Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a quantitative discipline. Industry certifications (CFA, CAIA, FRM) or crypto-native credentials are a strong plus.
• Languages: Native/Full professional fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Korean or Arabic etc) is advantageous for regional coverage.
