IT Manager

Job Summary

The IT Manager will oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, systems, cybersecurity, and business applications across corporate and resort operations. The role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology services, resolving technical issues, leading IT projects, managing vendors, and implementing technology improvements that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee IT support and resolve technical issues across corporate and resort operations.
• Manage hotel management systems, IDS, ERP, and other business applications.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and efficient IT service delivery.
• Lead IT projects, manage vendors, and implement technology improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and business systems.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
