Kursi Group Limited is seeking an experienced IT Officer to manage IT operations across its Bode Saadu and Ilorin locations, ensuring reliable systems, network connectivity, user support, data security, and equipment management.

• Provide technical support for computers, printers, email, Microsoft 365, and other IT devices.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and business applications, including Zoho and Echo CRM.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and biometric attendance systems.
• Maintain networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, data backups, recovery procedures, and access controls.
• Protect company and staff information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).
• Support IT upgrades, installations, migrations, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset registers, coordinate equipment repairs, and support procurement.
• Document IT configurations, support requests, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare periodic reports and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. An HND with relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in IT support, systems administration, or network administration.
• Experience independently managing IT operations, preferably across multiple locations.
• Hands-on knowledge of hardware, software, networks, backups, and business applications.
• Good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, and cybersecurity.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organisation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.
• Candidates must currently reside in Kwara State.
