What is this challenge about
- Investigate and resolve production incidents at L3 level, making sure the root cause is properly identified.
- Understand how applications work end to end, from functional documentation and business rules to following a transaction across multiple components.
- Dig into complex issues through log analysis, database queries and metrics.
- Define meaningful metrics for early problem detection and spot recurring failure patterns, proposing preventive actions.
- Work alongside development teams to fix problems at their source.
- Document findings and share knowledge with the team.

What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in application support or production support
- Comfortable working with the Linux shell (grep, awk, sed, tail, ps, top) and navigating the filesystem
- Solid SQL skills (selects, joins, subqueries)
- Solid English skills (B2 or higher)
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured, logical approach to problem-solving
- Clear communication and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Critical thinking and a prevention-oriented mindset
- Autonomy, ownership and perseverance when facing complex problems
- Fast learner, comfortable with change and new technologies
- Nice to have: observability tools such as Grafana or the ELK Stack, and scripting in Bash or Python
