The Role
IT Support Analyst is responsible for supporting Treasury and Cash Management operations by monitoring payment processing, bank statement interfaces, scheduled jobs, and banking portal access controls. This role serves as a critical link between Treasury Operations, business users, banking partners, and technical support teams to ensure the reliability, security, and compliance of Treasury applications and banking platforms.
The successful candidate will provide operational support, perform access and reconciliation activities, investigate issues, coordinate incident resolution, and help maintain regulatory and audit compliance across Treasury systems and banking portals.
Who You Are
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of incident and problem management processes
- Experience with job scheduling and monitoring tools
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with access management and reconciliation processes
- Understanding of bank statements, payment processing, and cash management concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar platforms
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Treasury Management System (TMS) experience
- SWIFT, MT940, CAMT, ISO 20022, or bank connectivity knowledge
- FIS (Trax, Integrity, eBAM), Moody's eCredit
- Banking portal administration experience
- Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or automation experience
