The Role
Your role
As a core member of our global network team, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise Wide Area Networks (WAN), Campus Networks, and branch office networks. In this role, you will leverage AI-empowered tools and automation to drive high availability, continuously optimize operational efficiency, and support advanced network projects. This role is based in Shenyang or Beijing with hybrid/remote flexibility and short-term business travel opportunities.
What you will do
Global Network Support: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot WAN, Campus, and branch networks across the organization to ensure high availability and seamless connectivity.
AI-Empowered Operations: Leverage mainstream AI Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize operational efficiency-generating and refining automation scripts (Python/Shell), analyzing network system logs, and maintaining network architecture documentation.
Project Delivery & Collaboration: Assist senior architects with network equipment testing, cutover, and deployment, maintaining smooth cross-departmental communication and teamwork.
Continuous Technical Learning: Stay sensitive to next-generation network architectures and emerging AI tools, actively applying new learnings directly into daily network maintenance scenarios.

You are a proactive, highly driven technical professional with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies. You possess strong logical thinking and communication skills, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and can adapt effectively to multi-tasking and short-term regional travel.
Required skills and experience
Education & Experience: Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. Fresh graduates with exceptional learning ability or junior-to-mid level network engineers are welcome.
Networking Fundamentals: Solid understanding of OSI 7-layer model and TCP/IP protocol stack, with theoretical knowledge and practical configuration experience equivalent to CCNP/HCIP level.
Language Skills: Proficient in English reading and writing for daily technical documentation and communication.
Preferred skills and experience
Fluent English Speaking: Fluent spoken English communication skills.
AI Tool Practice: Proficiency in utilizing mainstream AI LLMs (e.g., DeepSeek, Qwen, MiniMax, ChatGPT, Claude) using Prompt Engineering to solve technical network or scripting problems.
AI/Network Automation Projects: Hands-on practical experience combining AI LLMs with network or code automation in academic thesis projects, university labs, or open-source projects.
