Job Responsibilities:
- Develop state-of-the-art solutions within assigned modules, systems or work packages.
- Prepare technical specifications and conceptual documentation.
- Analyse results from development, verification and validation activities and derive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, development processes and quality requirements.
- Support cost and schedule planning.
- Support release and change processes as well as the creation of technical reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of methods, procedures and technical approaches.
- Plan and complete assigned project tasks on time and with expected quality.
- Coordinate with project teams, customers and suppliers on project-related topics.
- Track project tasks, prepare updates and communicate critical issues early.
- Contribute to problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Assist in planning and organizing project activities.
- Self-organize the assigned work scope.
- Support leading functions with planning, progress tracking and reporting.
- Pro actively share information within the team and ensure smooth workflows accordingly.
- Apply and communicate company rules / standards and procedures.
-Support the Jr. Engineer in improving their know-how and skills.
- Relevant Professional experience Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or related major.
- Good knowledge across engineering groups and integration functions.
- Good planning, communication and coordination skills.
- Good experience of using 3D CAD systems such as Catia V5 and Unigraphics.
- Honest, self-motivated, independent, performance driven, innovative.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
Can accept to work at customer side when needed
