The Role

1. Transformation Program Leadership

• Define and lead the global transformation roadmap, aligned with the client’s strategy
• Translate business objectives into concrete initiatives, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure consistency and integration across multiple workstreams (technology, operations, people, processes)

2. Stakeholder Management (Client-facing)

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Manage expectations and ensure clear, continuous communication
• Facilitate strategic decision-making and remove critical roadblocks

3. Governance and Performance

• Establish governance structures (steering committees, cadences, reporting)
• Monitor KPIs, risks, dependencies, and overall program progress
• Ensure executive visibility and structured, decision-oriented reporting

4. Risk and Dependency Management

• Identify operational, financial, and organizational risks
• Define and execute mitigation plans
• Ensure active management of interdependencies across initiatives

5. Value Delivery and Business Impact

• Ensure program outcomes generate measurable impact (cost, efficiency, growth, experience)
• Track business cases and ROI of initiatives
• Adjust the plan as needed to maximize value

6. Team Leadership

• Coordinate multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and a results-driven mindset
• Develop team capability and maturity throughout the program

Who You Are

1. Experience and Seniority

• 10-15+ years of professional experience, including at least:
  • 5-8 years in managing complex, large-scale transformation programs
• Proven experience in:
  • Multi-workstream programs (technology, operations, people)
  • International or multi-entity environments
• Preferred background in strategy consulting or business transformation

2. Transformation Leadership

• Proven track record leading end-to-end transformation programs
• Ability to:
  • Define and execute strategic roadmaps
  • Translate business vision into operational delivery
• Experience in contexts such as:
  • Digital transformation
  • Cost optimization / efficiency programs
  • Organizational change

3. Stakeholder Management (Executive Level)

• Strong experience engaging with:
  • C-level / Board / Executive sponsors
• Proven ability to:
  • Influence strategic decision-making
  • Manage complex and misaligned stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client

4. Complex Program Management

• Experience in:
  • Managing programs with high levels of dependencies and risk
  • Coordinating multiple teams and vendors
• Strong capability in:
  • Governance setup and steering management
  • Financial tracking (budget, ROI, business case)
  • Delivery under pressure and against critical deadlines

5. Business Value Orientation

• Track record in delivering:
  • Savings / cost take-out
  • Productivity gains
  • Improvement in operational KPIs or customer experience
• Ability to link initiatives to:
  • Measurable financial and strategic impact

6. Key Competencies (Must-have)

• Strategic thinking and transformation vision
• Strong executive communication skills
• Influence and negotiation in complex environments
• Problem structuring and data-driven decision-making
• Resilience and ability to manage ambiguity

7. Methodologies and Tools

• Solid experience with:
  • Program management frameworks (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent)
  • Agile / Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience with tools for:
  • Planning, tracking, and executive reporting

8. Behavioral Profile

• Strong credibility and executive presence
• High ownership and accountability
• Results- and delivery-oriented mindset
