The Role
1. Gestión avanzada de incidentes, problemas y confiabilidad (L1-L3)
- Liderar la atención y resolución de incidentes críticos en SAP MM para entornos ECC y S/4HANA.
- Actuar como punto de escalamiento para incidentes complejos de nivel L2 y L3.
- Realizar análisis de causa raíz (RCA) y definir acciones preventivas permanentes.
- Diagnosticar problemas relacionados con:
- Solicitudes de pedido (PR)
- Órdenes de compra (PO)
- Contratos y acuerdos marco
- Recepción de mercancías (GR)
- Verificación de facturas (LIV)
- Gestión de inventarios
- Resolver incidencias derivadas de interfaces, IDocs, APIs, RFCs y servicios de integración.
- Gestionar Problem Management para eliminar incidentes recurrentes.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de SLA, SLO y métricas de disponibilidad operacional.
2. Observabilidad, monitoreo y performance de servicios SAP
- Definir indicadores de salud operativa para procesos críticos de Procurement e Inventory Management.
- Implementar monitoreo proactivo de:
- Jobs batch
- Interfaces
- IDocs
- Procesamiento de documentos de compras
- Flujos de aprobación
- Actualizaciones de inventario
- Analizar tendencias de consumo, errores e incidentes.
- Gestionar métricas SRE:
- Availability
- Reliability
- MTTR
- Error Budgets
- SLI/SLO
- Identificar cuellos de botella funcionales o técnicos que impacten la experiencia del usuario.
- Colaborar con equipos Basis y Platform Operations para mejorar la estabilidad de los servicios SAP.
3. Análisis funcional SAP MM ECC y S/4HANA
- Analizar procesos end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Gestionar configuraciones funcionales en:
SAP ECC
- Purchasing
- Inventory Management
- Vendor Master
- Release Strategy
- Account Determination
- Logistics Invoice Verification
SAP S/4HANA
- Sourcing & Procurement
- Business Partner
- Flexible Workflow
- Fiori Procurement Apps
- Central Procurement (deseable)
- Advanced ATP e integraciones logísticas (deseable)
- Evaluar impactos funcionales derivados de configuraciones, desarrollos e integraciones.
- Garantizar la consistencia e integridad de datos maestros:
- Material Master
- Business Partner
- Proveedores
- Registros Info
- Contratos
4. Automatización y prácticas SRE
- Diseñar soluciones para reducir tareas operativas repetitivas.
- Implementar automatizaciones para validaciones operativas y monitoreo preventivo.
- Desarrollar mecanismos de detección temprana de fallas.
- Definir runbooks operativos y procedimientos de remediación.
- Participar en iniciativas orientadas a:
- Self-Healing
- Event Management
- Automation First
- Continuous Improvement
- Reducir la carga operativa mediante automatización y estandarización.
5. Liderazgo técnico y coordinación transversal
- Actuar como referente SAP MM dentro del equipo AMS.
- Coordinar actividades con equipos:
- Basis
- ABAP
- Fiori
- Seguridad
- Integración
- Infraestructura
- Cloud
- Liderar sesiones de troubleshooting en incidentes críticos.
- Coordinar dependencias con módulos:
- FI
- SD
- PP
- QM
- WM/EWM
- TM
- Ariba
- Colaborar con áreas de negocio para garantizar estabilidad y mejora continua de los procesos de abastecimiento.
6. Gobierno, documentación y cumplimiento
- Mantener documentación funcional y operativa actualizada.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares AMS e ITIL.
- Definir procedimientos operativos para soporte y recuperación.
- Elaborar reportes ejecutivos de:
- Disponibilidad
- Incidentes
- Backlog
- Tendencias operativas
- KPIs de servicio
- Apoyar auditorías internas y externas.
7. Gestión de cambios, pruebas y liberaciones
- Evaluar riesgos funcionales y operativos de cambios en SAP ECC y S/4HANA.
- Coordinar pruebas SIT, UAT y regresión.
- Validar transportes y configuraciones antes de liberaciones productivas.
- Supervisar despliegues y estabilizaciones post go-live.
- Participar en iniciativas de transformación y migración ECC a S/4HANA.

Conocimientos técnicos y funcionales
- 8+ años de experiencia en SAP MM.
- Experiencia comprobable en AMS SAP (L1-L3).
- Experiencia funcional en SAP ECC y SAP S/4HANA.
- Conocimiento avanzado de:

- Logistics Invoice Verification
- Material Master
- Vendor Management
- Release Strategies
- Account Determination
- Conocimiento de procesos Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Experiencia en integraciones con:

- Experiencia con Fiori Apps relacionadas con Procurement.

- Experiencia en análisis de logs, monitoreo y troubleshooting.
- Conocimiento de SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run o SAP Cloud ALM.
- Conocimiento de ITIL, Incident Management y Problem Management.

Requisitos
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Industrial o afín.
- Más de 8 años de experiencia en SAP MM.
- Experiencia comprobada en soporte AMS de SAP ECC y/o SAP S/4HANA.
- Experiencia en ambientes globales y operación crítica.
- Experiencia en procesos Procure-to-Pay e Inventory Management.
- Inglés intermedio avanzado.
- Deseable certificación SAP MM o SAP S/4HANA Procurement.
- Deseable experiencia en migraciones o programas de transformación ECC a S/4HANA.
- Deseable experiencia en Cloud ALM, observabilidad y prácticas Site Reliability Engineering.
