The Role
Your Role:
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will design, develop, and deliver robust technical solutions tailored for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. Working in close collaboration with functional consultants and client teams, you will build custom extensions, design seamless system integrations, and optimize overall platform performance. You will oversee technical execution across the entire project lifecycle, enforcing best practices, maintaining code quality, and driving engineering excellence across all deliverables.
What you will do:
Requirements Gathering: Lead technical workshops with business stakeholders and collaborate with functional consultants to analyze and understand technical requirements.
Production Support: Partner with L1/L2 support teams to resolve production incidents, including workflow configurations, technical changes, and customizations.
Customization Development: Design and develop tailored business solutions using native extensions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance platform.
System Integration: Implement secure and scalable integrations with external systems using APIs, data entities, and specialized middleware.
Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize platform performance, and author detailed technical specifications that meet Microsoft standards.
Governance & Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce development best practices to ensure long-term code maintainability and scalability.
Data Migration: Support data migration activities across environments while maintaining high standards of data integrity and validation.
Platform Evolution: Provide technical guidance during implementation, testing, and deployment phases, while monitoring D365 platform updates for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in technical development for Dynamics 365 Finance or AX.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks.
Experience with integrations (REST APIs, OData, Data Management Framework).
Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
Familiarity with DevOps tools for build and deployment automation.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
