The Role
¿Te interesa desarrollar soluciones innovadoras utilizando Inteligencia Artificial? Buscamos una persona con experiencia inicial en desarrollo software que quiera crecer en el ámbito de la IA aplicada a entornos empresariales reales. Participarás en un proyecto estratégico de modernización digital para el sector público con impacto real en la ciudadanía.
El trabajo se desarrollará de forma presencial en las oficinas del cliente, ubicadas en el centro de Madrid, en la zona de Embajadores.
Responsabilidades:
Desarrollar y mantener componentes software siguiendo buenas prácticas de ingeniería.
Participar en el diseño, desarrollo e integración de soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial.
Colaborar en la creación y mejora de asistentes conversacionales y aplicaciones inteligentes.
Integrar aplicaciones mediante APIs y servicios web.
Analizar y resolver incidencias técnicas junto con el equipo.
Realizar pruebas unitarias y apoyar actividades de calidad del software.
Documentar desarrollos y contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos y herramientas.

Ubicación en el centro de Madrid, en las oficinas del cliente, próximas a Embajadores.

Who You Are
Imprescindible:
- Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Matemáticas, Inteligencia Artificial o disciplinas similares.
- Experiencia de programación en Python, Java o tecnologías similares.
- Conocimientos básicos de desarrollo de aplicaciones y consumo de APIs REST.
- Conocimientos de bases de datos relacionales y/o NoSQL.
- Interés por el desarrollo de soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial.
- Capacidad de aprendizaje, trabajo en equipo y resolución de problemas.
- Experiencia académica, personal o profesional en proyectos relacionados con IA.
Deseable:
- Formación especializada en Inteligencia Artificial mediante bootcamp, máster, certificación o cursos específicos.
- Conocimientos de IA Generativa, asistentes conversacionales o Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiaridad con conceptos como Prompt Engineering o Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Conocimientos básicos de Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps o plataformas cloud (Azure, AWS o Google Cloud).
