Kyndryl is seeking a highly experienced VMO Lead - Engagement Manager to lead the Value Management Office (VMO) for a strategic AI and Agentic transformation portfolio. This role combines executive stakeholder engagement, governance leadership, AI consulting expertise, and business value realization.

As the VMO Lead-Engagement Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, ensuring investments are aligned to strategic priorities, delivering measurable business outcomes, and creating opportunities to expand the adoption of AI and Agentic solutions.

This is not a traditional PMO role. We are looking for a consultative leader who can bridge business and technology, drive governance and execution, shape innovative AI opportunities, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead and operate the Value Management Office (VMO) for a portfolio of AI and Agentic initiatives.

• Drive governance, executive reporting, risk management, and value realization across multiple projects.

• Facilitate stakeholder reviews to monitor progress, utilization, priorities, and business outcomes.

• Own escalation management and coordinate timely resolution of delivery, funding, and operational issues.

• Partner with client stakeholders to identify business challenges and shape AI and Agentic transformation opportunities.

• Lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into actionable solutions, roadmaps, and business cases.

• Identify, qualify, and develop new AI and Agentic opportunities, building compelling value propositions and executive presentations.

• Collaborate with consulting, architecture, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure successful execution and measurable business results.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Extensive experience leading complex transformation programs, PMOs, VMOs, strategic initiatives, or consulting engagements.
• Proven success delivering client-facing consulting services and managing senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, shape, and develop new business opportunities and value-based engagements.
• Experience building business cases, value realization frameworks, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong governance, risk management, escalation management, and decision-facilitation skills.
• Exceptional communication, consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to influence across business, technology, and delivery organizations.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience leading AI, automation, innovation, or digital transformation programs within large enterprise environments.
• Professional consulting experience within a technology services, systems integration, or management consulting organization.
• Knowledge of portfolio management, value management, and benefits realization methodologies.
• Experience working with enterprise architecture, solution design, and business analysis teams.
• Familiarity with highly regulated industries such as financial services, banking, or insurance.
