Your role

As a Senior Agentic AI (Moveworks) Developer, you will design, build, and optimize automated virtual agent solutions and workflows that drive enterprise automation across internal business units. Working 100% remotely from Poland, you will join a global Agile team collaborating closely with ServiceNow, Enterprise Integration, and security teams, as well as internal stakeholders across HR, Procurement, and IT Service Desk. In this role, you will combine hands-on development in Moveworks Agent Studio with robust REST API integration work and Level 3 production support to transform employee service delivery.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Moveworks use cases, custom actions, and automated workflows using Moveworks Agent Studio.

• Design and build integrations between Moveworks and enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, including ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and Okta.

• Develop REST API integrations and middleware-based solutions using secure authentication standards such as OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

• Provide Level 3 production support, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes for Moveworks solutions.

• Optimize AI virtual agent behavior and conversational flows through data analysis, testing, and implementation of knowledge-driven and generative AI capabilities.

• Work in Agile sprints alongside the Technical Platform Owner, ServiceNow development teams, and global internal stakeholders to deliver user stories and technical requirements.

• Maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and execute release validation activities.

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• 5+ years of enterprise application development experience.

• Strong hands-on proficiency with JavaScript and JSON formatting.

• Demonstrated experience in integration design, development, and building REST API integrations.

• Practical experience with API authentication methods, including OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

• Proven experience providing Level 3 production support and troubleshooting complex enterprise software issues.

• Experience working within Agile development environments.

• Must be located in Poland with full authorization to work locally.

Preferred skills and experience

• Hands-on experience with Moveworks Agent Studio or Moveworks platform implementations.

• Experience with ServiceNow application development, integrations, or IT Service Management (ITSM) and HR service delivery processes.

• Experience with Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams platform development, Power Platform, or Azure Integration Services.

• Familiarity with AI-powered employee experience platforms, virtual agent platforms, or conversational AI technologies.

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications or qualifications related to Azure Large Language Models (LLMs).
