About your role:

Asseco SEE is looking for a Financial Controller who would join our team based in HQ in Warsaw (ul. Branickiego 13). This person will contribute to the development and delivery of regular management reporting for ASEE Group (Asseco SEE and Payten), as well as provide high quality management information, including forecasts and budgets. The person will grow to join group of key users of group management and reporting system.

This position is best suited for candidates with a problem solving mindset and technical flair, interested in IT and developing their experience within a group controlling function.

Why is the job exciting? As a Financial Controller you will:

• Analyse data for management reporting purposes, including data quality and completeness validation, business analyses, deviations from the budget, etc.
• Work as a Key User of financial reporting system (CCH Tagetik) - manage system dimensions and access rights for users, maintaining processing and calculations
• Creating reports and ah-hoc analysis in CCH Tagetik
• Participate in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process
• Support preparation and reconsolidation of statutory financial statements
• Report directly to Senior Financial Controller

• 7+ years of experience in financial controlling within complex environments of finance and accounting, preferably in multinational organizations
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields (Statistics, IT)
• Hands-on experience with reporting/financial software such as CCH Tagetik or other similar reporting tools and environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge and experience in complex reporting structures including finance and accounting principles, budgeting and analysis
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent planning and organizing skills, high attention to detail
• Fluent in Polish and English languages
