Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du stellst den stabilen IT-Betrieb sicher: Server, Dienste, Backups und Benutzerverwaltung
  • Du verwaltest unser Active Directory und unsere Gruppenrichtlinien
  • Du administrierst unsere Microsoft-Cloud-Umgebung: Microsoft 365, Exchange Online und Microsoft Entra ID
  • Du betreust unser Netzwerk: Firewalls, Switches, VPNs, WLAN und VLANs
  • Du führst Security-Checks und regelmäßige Audits durch
  • Du analysierst Störungen und löst sie, auch an Standorten ohne IT vor Ort
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an allen IT-Projekten mit, z. B. an der Active-Directory-Migration, und entwickelst unsere IT gemeinsam mit dem Team weiter
  • Du planst Ressourcen und hältst unsere Dokumentation aktuell

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Systemadministrator oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Windows Server, Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Exchange Online und Microsoft Entra ID
  • Netzwerk-Know-How: VLANs, Firewalls und VPN (z. B. IPsec)
  • Erfahrung mit Backup und Disaster Recovery
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung - du erklärst komplexe Themen verständlich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1), da die Kommunikation im Team und mit unseren Kolleg:innen überwiegend auf Deutsch erfolgt

  • Kenntnisse in Linux (Ubuntu/Debian)
  • Sophos-Firewalls
  • Softwareverteilung mit WSUS, SCCM oder Intune

  • AWS Storage und Containerverwaltung
