- Identify and approach service providers within assigned areas, with a focus on the island.
- Introduce service providers to the platform and explain its value.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential service providers.
- Collect necessary documentation and business details
- Refer interested service providers to the platform for review and approval.
- Follow up with service providers throughout the onboarding process and ensure their profiles are complete.
- Track referrals and service providers successfully brought onto the platform.
- Meet agreed referral and onboarding targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1–3 years experience in sales, field marketing, or business development
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with field work
- Tech-savvy (able to use phone/tablet for onboarding)
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Prior marketplace or tech experience is a bonus
