We are Hiring for an operations lead to oversee our Visayas and Mindanao expansion!
What You'll Do:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned Driver Hub.
Lead driver onboarding, verification, training, and activation activities.
Support hub expansion and new site launches, including offsite onboarding programs.
Improve hub processes and strategies to drive efficiency, activation, and growth.
Monitor hub performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Ensure hub operational readiness, including manpower, supplies, training, and facilities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver hub and expansion initiatives.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, field operations, sales, or a related role.
Experience in hub, branch, site, logistics, fleet, or high-volume operations is an advantage.
Willingness to work in the assigned hub and support business needs as required.
