What you’ll do
Follow up and track employees' working hours, daily timekeeping, and annual leave applications, ensuring accurate and timely salary calculations.
Manage the monthly working schedule and verify it monthly.
Check and verify the daily timekeeping database, upload consolidated files to the C&B shared folders.
Manage and cross-check detailed lists of overtime working hours.
Send and cross-check actual working days, additional shifts, and annual leave with employees.
Collect documents for opening new PIT accounts and registering dependents.
Coordinate yearly PIT reports and settlements.
Create a database of income files and prepare documents for PIT deductions.
Collect authorized permission for PIT settlement and track document files.
Prepare income confirmation documents and PIT deduction's book of invoice.
Print PIT settlement authorized permission and distribute documents to employees.
Track and follow up on labor contracts, including first sign, renewals, and appendix signing.
Notify departments of employees whose contracts are expiring and provide evaluation forms.
Collect evaluation forms, scan, and upload files to the C&B shared folders.
Cross-check labor contracts before distributing them to employees.
Prepare employment termination documents and appendix of settlement if necessary.
Manage consolidation payments such as SHUI (Social Health Insurance) and uniforms.
Print termination decisions and settlements, submit them for approval and company stamp.
Receive and store paper documents related to termination and settlement.
Receive and deliver forms and documents to HR, uploading scanned files to the shared services team.
Support document delivery to employees for signing termination and settlement forms.
Collaborate with the main technical HR teams to verify and cross-check changes in social insurance, medical insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Offer guidance and advise employees on relevant insurance policies and procedures.
Compare insurance schemes and programs.
Perform the closing for the social insurance book.
Update changes in PVI insurance and distribute PVI insurance cards to employees.
Act as the key contact for benefits schemes and consulting.
Support HR Manager in developing and implementing C&B policies, reward and recognition programs, loyalty schemes, healthcare packages, disciplinary actions, etc.
Assist HR Managers in implementing team projects and initiatives, including salary surveys, annual salary reviews, performance evaluations, promotion programs, etc.

Reports: Prepare monthly/periodic internal payroll reports, cost reports, PIT reports, and other statutory reports for relevant authorities.

What you’ll need
University graduate in any related fields
At least 2 years of experience working in Human Resources, C&B…, preferably in a logistics/e-commerce fulfillment environment
Good knowledge of labor law, PIT, SHUI practices and other related regulations
Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good at communication, numerical reasoning & logical thinking
Careful, result-oriented. Calm under pressure.
High ability to work well under high pressure in meeting targets & deadlines
