The impact you’ll make
As a Logistics Analyst 3, you will support the optimization of warehouse and logistics operations through data-driven analysis, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and improve warehouse operations quality (Warehouse SLA & Logistics KPI)
- Generate insights through data analysis and prepare reports
- Assist in developing and maintaining logistics procedures, work instructions, and operational standards
- Coordinate collaboration and communication among stakeholders
- Support logistics projects including process standardization, digital transformation, automation, and warehouse optimization
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience using Excel, Power BI, SAP, or other data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience in logistics operations and quality management
- Ability to support multiple projects and Logistics business functions
- Ability to interact with multiple levels and functions within the organization
- English proficiency required

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
