HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the company's human resources functions and ensure effective HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

• Oversee personnel affairs, employee records, contracts, and social insurance.

• Manage payroll processes, attendance, and leave management.

• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.

• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.

• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and applicable regulations.

• Identify training needs and support employee development.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Human Resources management.

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.

• Hands-on experience in Recruitment and Personnel Management.

• Good knowledge of payroll, attendance, and leave management.

• Experience in developing HR policies and procedures.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
