Daily Operations: Oversee daily camp schedules, activity transitions, check-ins, and drop-off/pick-up procedures.
???? Team Leadership: Lead, support, and supervise camp counselors, helpers, and workshop instructors through daily briefings and active management.
????️ Camper Welfare & Safety: Enforce safety, hygiene, and supervision protocols across all facilities.
???? Parent Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for parents, providing updates and answering daily inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
???? Admin & Reporting: Track attendance, manage supply inventory, and collect feedback to continuously elevate camp quality.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
???? Experience: 1–2 years in camp coordination, youth programs, event management, or recreational administration.
????️ Languages: Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
⚡ Key Skills: Strong leadership, excellent multi-tasking under pressure, creative problem-solving, and outstanding communication skills.
