Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and technical delivery of large-scale backend and AI projects.
  • Design and build AI-first applications using LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph.
  • Develop scalable backend services using Node.js, Java, or NET.
  • Build AI agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration systems.
  • Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications and external APIs.
  • Drive engineering best practices, code quality, scalability, and system reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product, AI/ML, and Engineering teams to deliver business-critical features.
  • Mentor engineers through technical guidance and design reviews while remaining an individual contributor.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of backend software engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in Node.js OR Java OR. NET.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph (Mandatory).
  • Experience building AI agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, microservices, and API development.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, messaging systems, and scalable architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
