Client Account Manager

The company is seeking a Client Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee marketing campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing solutions within specific sectors, such as energy clients.
You will:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Manage client accounts, ensuring marketing activities align with client objectives.
Oversee marketing campaigns and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with creative teams, designers, content specialists, and external vendors.
Maintain client marketing calendars and oversee weekly social media content scheduling and publishing.
Monitor campaign performance, social media insights, and marketing KPIs.
Prepare weekly client updates and monthly performance reports with recommendations.
Develop marketing strategies and identify opportunities for account growth.
Organise internal and external meetings, prepare briefs, and follow up on action points.
Maintain client records, CRM systems, media contacts, and event calendars.
