En tant que Senior Backend Engineer, tu seras responsable de la conception, du développement et de la maintenance des services backend essentiels à la scalabilité et à la robustesse de notre plateforme.

Missions

  • Concevoir des APIs robustes, scalables et sécurisées en Python / FastAPI.
  • Modéliser et faire évoluer la base de données PostgreSQL avec rigueur.
  • Encadrer techniquement les développeur·ses moins expérimenté·es et garantir la qualité du code.

Profil recherché

  • 5 ans d’expérience minimum en développement backend, dont 2+ ans sur Python

  • Très bonne maîtrise de FastAPI ou d’un framework Python équivalent (Flask, Django REST…)

  • Solide compréhension de la modélisation relationnelle et de PostgreSQL

  • Habitude du travail en équipe agile, avec une forte culture produit

  • Capacité à challenger des choix techniques et à proposer des solutions

  • Goût pour la qualité, les tests, et les architectures maintenables

  • Des notions DevOps sont un plus (infra, CI/CD, observabilité)
