Primary Responsibilities:
Support the setup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
Build and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, roles, dashboards, and scheduled reporting.
Create and manage integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc.).
Coordinate and support platform and application upgrades.
Help design and document business process flows and propose solutions based on operational needs.
Configure ServiceNow functions and workflows to support ticketing, order management, and re-engineered business processes.
Analyze customer data trends to enhance user experience and network performance.
Engage with customers on technical considerations, issues, and system engineering decisions.
Develop, configure, customize, and troubleshoot the ServiceNow platform.
Automate and orchestrate tasks and integrations across applications and platforms.
Design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications in an Agile Scrum environment.
Collaborate across engineering, development, and analysis teams to support ongoing enhancements.
Maintain documentation and follow development best practices.
Gather cross-functional requirements to support ongoing ServiceNow configuration and support.
Incorporate UI/UX requirements into ServiceNow development.
Follow coding standards and contribute to technical documentation.
Support data migration activities.
Design solutions aligned with configuration management policies.
Integrate and maintain high-quality data across multiple sources within the CMDB.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance (required for consideration).
- Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC
- Current Security+ certification or equivalent/higher
Ability to pass and maintain additional suitability screenings as required by customer
- Education and experience depending on job level:
- Level III: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4-8 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Level IV: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8-12 years of relevant experience (or a Master’s and 6+ years). Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Level V: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 12+ years of relevant experience (or a Master’s and 10+ years). Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- At least 3 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
- At least 2 years of ServiceNow development.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
- The qualified candidate shall have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks.
- Ability to multi-task and self-assign work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills that enable proactive and effective collaboration with a virtual team, including the ability to clearly articulate status and present to both customers and program leadership. Candidateshall have the ability to develop and present management level briefings.
- Demonstrate potential and willingness to learn and adapt to rapid changes in technology.
- Open to receiving mentoring from senior developers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology
- Exposure to ServiceNow applications like Telecommunication Management System (TSM), Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI), Order Management Telecommunications (OMT) modules, etc.
- Experience with JIRA, Git and Confluence.
- Understanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certified.
- AWS cloud and ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience working with large software systems including hardware integration and test.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary technical development teams.
- Experience using SAFe as the agile development methodology.
- Experience moving from a legacy application to a new application
- Experience applying test automation, test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to achieve built-in quality by the team.
- Experience using Kanban to improve flow on support teams.
- Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
